power outageunhelpful staff
The power went out during the evening. staff didn't assist me at all. no one even checked on me. i had to fix it myself. That was so frustrating. it's been a month and i'm still waiting for compensation! i'm really annoyed.

the place was clean. the location is central. facilities in the bathroom included tea and coffee.
the door lock is basic. i felt somewhat unsafe because of traffic noise outside. the place is underground.

the interior design displayed attention to detail and quality.
The suite felt unsafe. The door lock seemed basic, and i noticed no front desk or other security measures. the location under a busy road added to my unease. also, the room was not tidy upon my arrival.
